Gazah leads the overall strategy and vision of the business. He is an investment professional and entrepreneur with over 12 years’ experience investing in and transforming businesses in Africa and globally. Most recently worked for E Oppenheimer & Son leading efforts in infrastructure investments. Prior to that, worked for General Atlantic, Tana Africa Capital, Emerging Capital Partners, USAID and Merrill Lynch. Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Management and Finance from Wharton School of Business (US) and B.A from Wesleyan University (US) and LSE (UK).

Sam brings nearly 20 years experience as a Family Medicine Doctor to the team. She completed her undergraduate training at WITS Medical School and has post graduate qualifications in Family Medicine (MRCGP UK), Women’s Health (DRCOG), Sports and Exercise Medicine, and Travel Medicine. Her medical education company, “GP First “ provides evidence -based, practice relevant and international standard training for the South African Primary Healthcare workforce.

She firmly believes available, efficient and affordable primary health services must form the backbone of effective healthcare delivery to all communities.
